Pollypetite® Rose of Sharon (Hibiscus x) may have a compact habit, but it still boasts giant flowers! This dwarf selection only reaches 3-4' tall and wide, making it perfect for a low flowering hedge, lining a walkway, or mixing in with your favorite perennials.

Soft pink flowers are adored by gardeners and pollinators alike. As bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds reach into the center of the flower for nectar, they brush against a large staminal column and are coated in a heavy layer of pollen! Pollinators clearly don't mind, as you'll see them coming back for more and more.

Dead unfortunately

The description says the plant lives in Zones 5-9. I live in zone 5. Unfortunately, the plant dies after winter.

Hi Samantha, We're sorry to hear that your Rose of Sharon isn't doing well. We can assure you that the plant is suitable for zone 5. However, it appears that you've left the plant in its original nursery pot. We do not recommend this as it does not provide the plant with any insulation. It looks like your plants are no longer covered by our 60-day warranty, but we saw that you're working with our customer service team to find a solution. We hope that you enjoy the rest of your plants! Happy Gardening!
