I purchased in early fall and have potted them in a raised bed buried to the top of the pots for overwintering. They are doing wonderfully and I have no doubt they will be in great shape for their permanent homes this spring.
We’ll see --plant isn’t dead, but arrived looking awful. I will order from another company next time, as this was not impressive.
Amazing quality and very well packaged. Ordered and received two each. You can't realize the quality of these two plants unless you have received very poor quality. Ordered five from a dealer on ETSY and they can't compare to these two plants. One was 2 1/2 inches tall which should have been a Pugster Amethyst but has bloomed twice and all white. All five plants had a fungus and required several treatments with a fungicide but now all clear. These two plants have several buds ready to bloom and extremely healthy. Wilted a little from the trip but will improve as I have all four plants that I received in a shaded area. Will order from this company many times. THANKS
I’m consistently disappointed with “Great Garden Plants.” While they have varieties that can be hard to find elsewhere, by the time the specimens arrive at my home in Los Angeles, they are usually in pretty terrible shape compared with other growers I’ve ordered from who get plants to me looking better than if I bought them at a nursery. As such, I will probably steer clear of ordering from GGP again.
Plant arrived in a timely fashion, was in excellent shape, and I was notified when it had been shipped, that it was due to arrive on a certain day, and that it had actually arrived on my doorstep. Fantastic service and I would certainly use you again.
